Day 3 of Momentum

During the past 18 days of this 21 day momentum challenge, I have found myself so busy it was hard to keep up with myself. I know there is importance in finding the balance in life. Today I am resting in Capo Beach at my friends home. Time to reflect on the past month, my accomplishments and set backs. Life is filled with ups and downs, darkness and light. It is how we deal with those challenges that makes us who we are. Throughout my life if things got tough I would push myself forward. There was one point when I desperately wanted to be a Junior high school teacher. I was already teaching at-risk, after school programs to youth and wanted more stability in my career. I felt teaching would give me what I desired. I flew to Sacramento and went before the board. Although I had worked so hard at getting my life back together the board would not approve me. One of the members who sat behind the long oak table asked me, "Why should we allow you to teach? What if a parent found out about your past and did not want an x-drug addict teaching their children?" I said, "Who better then I to teach your children? Someone who has experienced life like I have? I can really help those kids". I was heart broken but knew there was something else in store for me. Eventually, I was able to teach in a University and a Community college. If I had given up that never would have happened. Let this momentum challenge teach you to never give up. Do not allow others opinions of you drag you down. Live from your heart and keep on moving. Today, be the best human you can. Love yourself and help another to see their light. This is the new wave of the future, to get back to our roots, create communities of oneness, and grow.

Spiritual Healings: Day 2 of Momentum

Spiritual Healings: Day 2 of Momentum: "I feel my gift is to inspire others. To give them the space they need to find their passion. What is your gift? What do you love to do? Reme..."

Day 2 of Momentum

I feel my gift is to inspire others. To give them the space they need to find their passion. What is your gift? What do you love to do? Remember when you were a kid and the world felt wide open, as if you could do anything you wanted? Your imaginations swept you away to foreign lands, and you were able to create palaces out of sheets?
Tap into the child within you, and find your gifts. Ask that magical part of yourself, what does it want to do? You may be surprised by the answer. It could be a write a novel, or just take short walk around the block, paint, take a trip to the craft store, or a hot bubbles bath. Whatever your inner voice tells you, listen. It is when we listen to our inner wisdom, and do what it suggests that we find our passion, our gifts. The more we listen, the more we grow. Today find the momentum in your inner voice. The little part of yourself that gets pushed away with the everyday chores of life. As you celebrate this day of Independence find your own Independence, listen and grow.

Response to a poem...

"no longer

just settling for a quest

but a lifetime

an infinite date"
(part of a poem by Ava Deiki Malazian

These few lines struck me as a peek into the future. A future where there is no pain-no quest to "find ourselves". A future where there are infinite treasures.
Most of us are looking for a way out, a way to get back to nature. Our parents and grandparents spent much of their time inventing things and creating the industrial revolution for the betterment of mankind. We have found this did not increase our happiness. Instead it creates pollution and waste. A society filled with workers who cannot afford their own homes and who cannot afford to send their kids to school.
Now many of us are saying enough! We are allowing the moon to guide us, and asking our spirit guides and angels to help. We are creating our own myths. Myths that are filled with light not fear.
"Eve ate the apple from the tree and said this is good! Go out and plant more trees!!!, and God was pleased."
We are finding our truth now. We are finding that we are god. God is everywhere. We are the creators of our minds of our lives.
By releasing the wounds of our lineage, of our past we are remembering who we are.
Whether or not you believe in a God does not matter. This is a time of remembering. Awaken to you truth today!

Healthy Anger

Last weekend I was in an amazing training. This training got me in touch with my anger and allowed me to see the mask I wore. I had never really thought I wore a mask but at the end of the weekend while having lucnh with one of the staff it came to me....I wore a mask of love.
As a battered wife I was never able to express my feelings. I was not allowed to get angry. So in my future relationships and with my friends I held my anger in. I let things slide. I allowed myself to be mistreated. These were all my choices, I choose to be a victim.
My Shaman training allowed me to release the victim inside and find my power, but I still did not know how to get angry, it was buried deep inside. This training not only helped me get in touch with it, it gave me a safe place to express it. Now I know how to allow myself healthy anger. This morning I had a burst of healthy anger. I allowed myself to let it rise up un-judged, I spoke my true feelings and let it pass out of me. I wanted to share this with all of you for I believe if we recognize how we are feeling and allow ourselves these feeling we do not need to hold onto them.
Now I love from a deeper place than before. I have taken off the mask and am pure love.
Take this information and allow yourself to feel today. Allow your inner wisdom to shine!

Feeler Healers

If you are like me you are what I call a "feeler healer". Since we can feel what is going on with our loved ones and the planet, this can affect our mood. Many of us are experiencing this right now. Some great tips are to stay in the moment, enjoy what's right in front of us and stay grateful. If we stop for a moment and live our life to the fullest we will be less likely to get caught up in the emotion that is running our planet.
Let us learn together how to hold space for our planet. You may ask yourself what does it mean to hold space? I look at it like a large expansion of our beings to encompass and support that which we are holding space for.

See yourself in a golden bubble and open your heart, think of stability and support, imagine you are surrounded by your guides, and tune into your inner universal wisdom, breath into that space. Then imagine the expansion happening, send your golden light to any place on the planet you feel your support is most needed. This is the way we will learn to connect and co-create together!

Find the Flow

For some this may seem like a very daunting time. The earth looks as though it is turning itself inside out and perhaps it is, in a way. We have all known it was coming for quite sometime. Now more than ever before we must stay in the flow. It is important to live in the molecule of the moment and breath. Enjoy every second even if things do not seem enjoyable. Find the things in your life you can be grateful for. Cherish each and every moment now. We have been told to live in the moment time and time again, and with our hectic lives we have no idea where to start or how. My suggestion is to start with the little things. Find a moment to get in touch with the moon, the sun. Remind yourself you are important, you matter. Find time to listen to your heart, enjoy a meal with your family, read together, really listen to each other, anything that keeps you present, conscious. This is a magical time where anything is possible.
If you could do whatever you wanted, what would that be? Imagine yourself doing what makes your heart sing. This to me is the true meaning of spirituality, find you inner wisdom, tune into the authentic you and live from that place. Tune into your love and live there. There are amazing energies coming to the planet at this time. Find the flow in your life
